By accessing and using evc.lk services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. evc.lk is owned by Ecogency (Pvt) Ltd and developed by Axoble (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Finblock Capital (Pvt) Ltd.

2. Service Description

evc.lk provides electric vehicle charging services through a network of charging stations across Sri Lanka. Our services include mobile app access, online booking, payment processing, and customer support.

3. User Registration

• Users must register with accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Users must be at least 18 years old to register

4. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made through approved payment methods
• Charging fees are calculated based on energy consumption and duration
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. User Responsibilities

• Use charging equipment properly and safely
• Do not damage or misuse charging stations
• Move your vehicle promptly after charging is complete
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
• Comply with all local traffic laws and parking regulations

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of charging stations. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

evc.lk and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Vehicle Compatibility

Users are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is compatible with our charging equipment. We are not responsible for any damage caused by incompatible vehicles or charging cables.

9. Prohibited Uses

• Using services for illegal purposes
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt our services
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized persons
• Commercial resale of charging services without permission

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting customer support.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
